The petitioner seeks bail in Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 361/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 270, 406, 419, 420, 500 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Premchand Kumar @ Bhim Singh was apprehended and he disclosed the name of the petitioner in his confessional statement. It is alleged that the petitioner had sent dirty messages for the purpose of assassinating the character of Rinky Kumari.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28712 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 361/2015.
