Mr.Narsingh Tanti ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chand P.S.Case No. 239 of 2018 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code.
The petitioners are happens to be the father-in-law, mother-in-law and elder brother-in-law of the deceased respectively and allegation against them is of dowry death. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them in the FIR rather whole family members have been made accused in this case and specific allegation is against the husband of the deceased.
Heard learned APP also as well as learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6673 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 informant.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM4, Kaumur at Bhabua in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 239 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
