JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that petitioner was arrested in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 174 of 2014 in which, he confessed his guilt, disclosing his involvement in the present case also and except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 65
