The petitioner is accused in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 111 of 2001, registered under Section 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that informant, who is father of the petitioner lodged Sikandra P.S. Case No. 111 of 2001, under Section 302, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. regarding murder of his son Sahdeo Mahton against four named accused and 7-8 unknown. Later on, the informant disclosed the name of this petitioner having hand in the murder of Sahdeo Mahton. The petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2016.

No.19773 of 2016 (2) dt.12-05-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-2, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 111 of 2001.
