JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 18.05.2016 It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that in prayer portion of his petition in place of Sessions Trial no. 165/2016 arising out of Bidupur P.S. Case no. 146/2014 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge V, Vaishali at Hajipur, it has wrongly been typed as Sessions Trial no. 393/2015 arising out of Bidupur P.S. Case no. 146/2014 pending in the court of District & Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur and the same defect has occurred in order no.2 dated 21.4.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 16096/2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of his petition within course of the day and similarly, in order no.2 dated 21.4.2016 in place of Sessions Trial no. 393/2015 arising out of Bidupur P.S. Case no. 146/2014 pending in the court of District & Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, it be read as Sessions Trial no. 165/2016 arising out of Bidupur P.S. Case no. 146/2014 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge V, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21567 of 2016 (2) dt.18-05-2016 Accordingly, the above stated order dated 21.4.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 16096/2016 stands modified to the above stated extent.
