The petitioner is in custody in connection with POCSO Case No. 40 of 2018 arising out of Saur Bazar P.S. Case No.580 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 354(B)/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.10.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
