The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

A truck dashed a motorcycle and an auto rickshaw killing many persons on the spot. The villagers of the vicinity started raising protests and they are alleged to have set ablaze the vehicles kept in Buxar (Industrial) Police Station and one Chawkidar is said to have died due to burn injury. The informant named 50 known persons and 1000 unknown persons in the F.I.R. but no specific allegation is made against the petitioners. Similarly situated many other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
