The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 16 of 2014 arising out of L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 88 of 2012 registered under sections 324, 326, 307/34, 302, 120(B) and 34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 42354 of 2013 on 03.04.2014 by this Court on merit. It is also submitted that at present petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2012.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29079 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 Admittedly, prayer of the petitioner for bail was earlier rejected taking into consideration the nature of allegation. As such, I am not inclined to re-consider the prayer of the petitioner for bail.

Accordingly, this application is rejected.
