JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2024 The petitioner has approached this Court for setting aside the order dated 20.08.2016, passed by learned Sub-JudgeI, Danapur in Title Partition Suit No. 2660 of 2015, whereby and whereunder, learned Court below has rejected the petition filed on behalf of the petitioner under Order VII, Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code (hereinafter referred to as 'the Code'). Against such order, a Civil Revision, under Section 115 of the Code, is maintainable.
Facing such situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to convert the present petition from Civil
