JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 It is pointed out that the petitioner was granted bail by order dated 24-06-2015 with condition that one of the sureties must be father of the petitioner but father of the petitioner has already died and hence, he prays to impose the substitute of the said condition.

In view of the aforesaid circumstance, the order dated 24-06-2015 is modified to the extent that in the last line of the order the words "one of the sureties must be father of the petitioner" be read as "one of the sureties must be close relative of the petitioner".
