The petitioner is accused in connection with Barbigha (Keoti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 260 of 2015 registered under sections 304(B)34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of A.C.J.M.- II, Shiekhpura.

The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws' by hanging due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of the deceased, who was short tampered and committed suicide herself. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer of he petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19324 of 2016 (3) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 with submission that the deceased, wife of the petitioner died within one year of her marriage at the house of the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for bail is rejected.
