JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was apprehended by the police while he was standing near the stolen motorcycle. Later on, petitioner confessed that he had stolen the seized motorcycle and after the aforesaid confession, petitioner was remanded in Motihari Town P.S.Case No. 118 of 2015, which had been registered on theft of seized motorcycle.Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since16.02.2015 and it appears that seized motorcycle has not been recovered from his conscious possession.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
