The deceased was forced to reside at his Sasural on account of his wife Tilki Devi (petitioner no.2) does not want to stay at his place and for that, Tilki Devi was not liking his presence at her place due to the reasons best known to her and in the aforesaid background, the deceased was done to death by her Sasural people including his wife and then his dead body had been thrown away in a river.

The matter was reported to the police by the informant, brother of the deceased, whereupon activated in searching out the dead body and from the postmortem report it

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8527 of 2020(4) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 is evident that deceased was brutally assaulted being corroborated by ante-mortem injury relating to multiple fracture of the bones of the body, head injury, relating to fracture of frontal bone as well as parietal bone, brain haemorrhage and for that irrespective of status of the petitioner being wife as well as mother-in-law, they have not explained the injury. Apart from this, other family members are still evading their presence. Consequent thereupon, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) skpathak/- U T
