Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Dholbajja (Kadwa) P.S. Case No. 75 of 2019 dated 24.09.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 232, 307, 120(B ), 354, 398, 504, 506 & 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Out of the 27 accused persons named in the F.I.R., the petitioner is one of them but with no specific accusation. There was some attempt on the part of the accused persons of fixing a peg on the land which is under dispute.

No.5743 of 2022(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 Regard being had to the general and omnibus nature of allegation against the petitioner and taking into account that he does not have criminal antecedent, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Naugachiya (Bhagalpur) in connection with Dholbajja (Kadwa) P.S. Case No. 75 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
