2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 385, 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 12.10.2023, this petitioner along with other accused persons came at the house of the informant and stopped the construction work. It is further alleged that the accused persons forcibly ousted the labourers and locked the house of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that the specific accusation of threatening the informant is against co-accused Vipul Rai and there is no allegation of assault or overt act against the petitioner. It is further submitted that similarly

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11502 of 2024(2) dt.22-02-2024 2/2 situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 07.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3915 of 2024.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P. S. Case No. 570 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
