JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-04-2023 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since title suit is pending before the learned trial Court pertaining to the subject matter of the present case, they be granted liberty to pursue their remedy before the learned trial Court. Liberty so sought is granted.
At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that some protection be granted for enabling the petitioners to seek interim orders from the learned trial Court. In view of the aforesaid, this Court deems it fit and
Patna High Court CWJC No.10022 of 2017(3) dt.28-04-2023 2/2 proper to direct that status quo, existing as on today qua the land/house of the petitioners in question, shall be maintained for a period of four weeks from today, so that the petitioner can approach the appropriate court/forum and obtain interim orders. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
