The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant stated that a week ago his daughter Soni Kumari became traceless while she was playing. On 29.08.2013 the dead body of Soni Kumari was found. The informant named the petitioner and six other accused persons and suspected that the petitioner and others might have killed his daughter. Except suspicion, no tangible material is collected. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
