2. The present petition has been filed for the grant of following relief:- For restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 26824 of 2024 is its original file which has been dismissed for default vide an order dated 21.08.2024 by the Hon'ble Court.

3. Earlier the matter stands dismissed on 21.08.2024 for non-compliance of the order dated 07.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26824 of 2024.

4. For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos.2 and 3, the petition stands allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Authority.
