Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's case is squarely covered by the order passed in CWJC No.15610 of 2018 dated 12.09.2022.

Considering this fact, petitioner is directed to file a representation before the respondent nos.6 and 7 within a period of four weeks and the respondent nos.6 and 7 are well advised

Patna High Court CWJC No.5233 of 2021(4) dt.20-08-2024 2/2 to pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks thereafter, considering the order passed in CWJC No.15610 of 2018 (if petitioner's case is covered by the said order).

It is made clear that if an order is not passed within the stipulated period, petitioner nos.6 and 7 shall be personally held responsible for non-compliance of the order of this Court. 5.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application is hereby disposed of.
