2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"For issuance of an appropriate writ quashing the Memo No. 2872 dated 23.11.2023 issued by the District Education Officer, sitamarhi, where by the petitioner has been directed to hand over charge to one Poonam Kumari, Assistant Teacher, as well as for quashing the Memo No. 17 dated 21.10.2023 issued by the Secretary, Ramdev Primarycum-Middle Sanskrit School, Khasan, Block Riga, District Sitamarhi as well as the resolution dated 20.10.2023 taken by the Managing Committee in its meeting No. 10, whereby

Patna High Court CWJC No.1616 of 2022(3) dt.28-03-2024 2/2 the petitioner has been suspended from the post of Assistant Teacher-cum-In-charge Headmaster and during the pendency of the present writ petition the orders under challenge be stayed."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the he has already filed a detailed representation before the respondent no. 5, which is still pending.

4. Considering the above-stated fact, the respondent no. 5 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

5. It is made clear that the respondent no. 5 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
