1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 117(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case but the said case was also instituted from the side of the informant, in which, police submitted final form, exonerating the petitioner of the allegation. It is next submitted that Asgari Begum along with six named accused persons had approached this court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.72977 of 2025. It is submitted that Asgari Begum, Danish Ali @ Md. Danish Ansari,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11274 of 2026(2) dt.24-07-2026 2/3 Wasim Alam @ Md. Wasim Ansari and Aftab Alam were granted the privilege of anticipatory bail, while Saib Ali @ Md. Saif Ali @ Shaif Ali and Sohrab Alam @ Saheb Hussain @ Md. Saheb Hussain Ansari were permitted to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with respect to them, as would manifest from order dated 12.11.2025. It is next submitted that while granting the privilege of anticipatory bail to Asgari Begum and three others, the Court had considered the case on its merit and in detail. It is further submitted that as far as present petitioner is concerned, he is alleged to have assaulted the informant but then the injury suffered by the informant has been opined to be simple in nature.

Learned A.P.P. as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposes the anticipatory bail application but then the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant is not in a position to rebut the submissions of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that earlier case was instituted from the side of the informant against the petitioner and that informant in the instant case suffered simple injury.

5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or
