Mr. Prabhat Ranjan, learned counsel for the State submits that a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 2 to 4 and vide order as contained in Memo No. 5107 dated 25.10.2022, direction has been given to concerned authority to take appropriate action against the respondent no. 6 in terms of Section 125(Ka)(3) of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act and, as such, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a

Patna High Court CWJC No.1656 of 2022(3) dt.14-09-2023 2/2 position to refute the submissions made on behalf of the State.

4. Though the matter has been placed under the heading for office notes, but considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the State, the present writ application stands disposed of, having become infructuous.
