The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 379, 411, 414, 401, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. One Ranjeet Yadav was apprehended with a stolen motorcycle. Ranjeet Yadav disclosed that he along with Rundi @ Shooter @ Awadhesh Yadav committed theft of the motorcycle. On his disclosure, the house of the petitioner was raided and on search, one stolen motorcycle was recovered from the animal shade of the petitioner's house. The petitioner disclosed that Awadhesh Yadav and Durga Nand Yadav had given his the motorcycle. The petitioner is in jail since 14.02.2015. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about six months for recovery of a stolen motorcycle from his possession, the above named petitioner is
