The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipariya P.S. Case No.08 of 2016 registered under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, one mobile set, which is said to be robbed mobile set of the informant, was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. While the informant has claimed to have identified the culprits on seeing them again but the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade. The petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2016.
