JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2015 The learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this application with liberty to surrender in the court below pending in the Court of A.C.J.M., Naugachia, District- Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 88 of 1992. Accordingly, this application for grant of pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn with direction to surrender in the court below within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and in that case, the petitioner's regular bail shall be considered on the same date without being prejudiced by this order.
