The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Priyanshu Kumar and in pursuance of that confession the looted articles and motorcycle of the informant were recovered, but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 12.05.2015, but he has not been put on test identification parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33318 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Dixit, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in Gaighat P.S. Case No. 135 of 2012.
