Case No. 313 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant was sleeping in his house at night and it is said that some miscreants came and taken away his two mobile phones.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused and there is no recovery from him and he is in custody for three months and charge sheet has been submitted.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
