The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and others were apprehended on the allegation that they were preparing for committing dacoity. From the possession of the petitioner, one Musket was recovered but no cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 14.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
