2. From the materials on record, it appears that all admissible dues of the petitioner have been paid except Gratuity and reimbursement amount of Earned leave.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the J.P. University submitted that though the requisition has been sent to the Government for release of fund but as per the instructions, the

4. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with the observation that the J.P. University would live up to its commitment and pay the aforesaid amount to the petitioner within one month. As the order has been passed on the basis of commitment made to the Court by learned counsel for the J.P. University, the Court would indicate that the J.P.
