In terms of the liberty granted vide order dated 05.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 45377 of 2021, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail as charges have been framed on 18.01.2022. Since the charges have been framed, as such in terms of the liberty granted, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 106 of 2008 with a condition that one of the bailor shall be the father of the petitioner (Photo Yadav).
