Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under various sections of the Arms Act.

Although a mini gun factory is said to have unearthed and the petitioner and some others were caught near the aforesaid mini gun factory but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and there is nothing on the record to show that unearthed mini gun factory was being run by the petitioner. It is further submitted that having similar allegation one co-accused Md. Sadrul has already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 26.11.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
