JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to remove the PWD Road from Gangdauri More to Dhoraiya High School from the encroachers as well as remove the lands of the Government from the encroachers for that petitioner and other co-villagers are facing trouble.

(ii). For holding and declaration that petitioner and other villagers deserve to get free/ remove

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 6, i.e. the Circle Officer, Dhoraiya, DistrictBanka, Nalanda, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
