Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioners came in confessional statement of co-accused Chandan Kumar Singh and it appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioners and moreover, co-accused Chandan Kumar Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in
