The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chanan PS Case No.75 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 427 and 438 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 16, 17, 18, 20 and 23 of the UAP Act. As per the prosecution case, some vehicles were set on fire and the petitioner and other accused persons were identified in the light of torch.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed and the identification also appears to be doubtful. He is in custody since 1.10.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Ist, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan PS Case No.75 of 2018. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
