JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 24-02-2021 Heard Mr. Rama Kant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ram Bilash Roy Raman, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (hereinafter referred to as the 'APP') for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Natwar PS Case No. 58 of 2019 dated 21.07.2019, instituted under Sections 147/148/149/150 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act, 1959.
3. At the outset, learned APP drew the attention of the Court to the order dated 09.12.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 78157 of 2019 by which the said application for the same prayer was permitted to be withdrawn at the behest of learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that all the other co-accused have been granted bail by the Court below and the matter relates to land dispute. Thus, he submitted that the matter be disposed off with liberty to him to appear before the Court below and seek bail which may be considered without the present order causing any prejudice to him.
5. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
6. If the petitioner surrenders before the Court below and prays for bail within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on its own merits, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by the present order. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Anjani/- AFR/NAFR U T
