The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent authorities to dispose off his representation which has been filed on 31.10.2018 and 02.11.2018, ostensibly and presumably in compliance of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 01.11.2018.

There should not be any difficulty in accepting the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner. However, this Court feels that the process would be expedited if the petitioner files a representation before the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna (respondent No. 3) within a period of three weeks from today, enclosing a copy of this order along with other
