The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per F.I.R., on 04.09.2021, this petitioner alongwith his associates shot dead the husband of informant. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. In fact, petitioner was in service and from perusal of Attendance Register, it appears that he was present in his office at the time of occurrence. In support of the same, he has annexed Annexure 2, which is copy of Attendance Register. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that there is direct and specific allegation that petitioner alongwith others shot dead the husband of
