JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) For issuance of a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order, directing the Respondents to consider and pass an order on the application filed by the petitioner on 10.01.2020, before the Respondent no.5, i.e. the Dy. S.P. Patna City Division as well as for directing the Respondent no.4, i.e. the S.D.O. Patna City Division to consider and pass an order on the application filed by the petitioner on 16.01.2020, wherein the petitioner has prayed for grant of permission to organize peaceful Jansabha at City School, Mangal Talab, Patna City over the subject of CAA, NRC and NPR, under the banner of

Patna High Court CWJC No.1423 of 2020(3) dt.27-11-2024 2/2 "Patna Ki Awaz", which is scheduled to be held on 21st of January, 2020. The petitioner has also filed representation on 17.01.2020 before the District Magistrate, Patna and Commissioner of Police, Patna which is also pending."

2. A bare perusal of the prayer made by the petitioner, as aforesaid, would show that with the efflux of time, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, hence the same stands disposed off.
