The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent authorities to dispose off his representation which has been filed on 02.11.2018, ostensibly and presumably in compliance of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 01.11.2018.

There should not be any difficulty in accepting the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner.

However, this Court feels that the process would be expedited if the petitioner files a fresh representation before the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna (respondent No. 3) within a period of three weeks from

Patna High Court CWJC No.3537 of 2019(2) dt.25-02-2019 2/2 today, enclosing a copy of this order along with other relevant documents, which shall be disposed off within a further period of four weeks thereafter by a reasoned order. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed off.
