Petitioner No. 1 happens to be mother-in-law whereas; petitioner No. 2 is Gotani of the deceased. The marriage of the deceased had taken place three years ago and according to the prosecution case itself, the deceased had disclosed before her mother that her husband was having illicit relation with petitioner No. 2. Moreover, the impugned order reveals that viscera of the deceased was sent for chemical examination and the FSL report has not been received as yet. It also appears that almost all the important prosecution witnesses, except two prosecution
