This application for misuse of the privilege of bail. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is misuse of only one day and that too due to illness of his wife..

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Tr. No.259 of 2018 arising out of Turkauliya (Raghunathpur)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5306 of 2019(2) dt.31-01-2019 2/2 P.S.Case No.459 of 2016 with condition that he will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
