Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 178 of 2019 for the offence under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
The FIR was lodged against unknown. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of certain information that the petitioner was found wondering in the locality where the crime was committed.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4939 of 2020(3) dt.19-06-2020 2/2 or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 178 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with further condition that one of the bailors should be either government employee or elected representative of the locality.
