Mr. APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-03-2022 Both the applications arise out of the same F.I.R. and, hence, they are being taken up together and are being disposed off by this common order.
Heard the counsel for the parties.
The petitioners, in both the cases, seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 212 of 2020, dated 06.08.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation against them is of assaulting various members of the prosecution party.
There is a counter version of the occurrence also and there has been injuries from both sides.
Since the parties are related to each other, a conscious decision has been taken by both the sides not to

On the basis of the aforesaid settlement, the accused persons of the counter case have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court. Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioners, in both the cases, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 212 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
Both the applications stand allowed.
