2. The Court was informed on 18.06.2018 that the petitioner had died and for taking steps, the matter was adjourned for 3rd July, 2018. On 3rd July, 2018, again, by way of indulgence, on prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned for today. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has not been able to get instructions for taking appropriate steps in the matter.
3. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court can only
