The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 97 of 2020 registered under Sections 448/323/376/511 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. First information report is lodged after five days of the alleged occurrence. Further he submits that prior to the present case, a case was lodged by the wife of the petitioner against the informant's side (Annexure-2), due to which, in retaliation, the present case has been filed. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
