The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ghoshi P. S. Case no. 313 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The mentally ill son of the informant who is a covillager of the petitioner was caught and brutally assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioner though the name of the petitioner has come subsequently during investigation.
