JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner along with several accused were arrested from the house of Ram Naresh Sah and one country-made pistol as well as two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from his conscious possession. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and moreover, several accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court. No doubt, the present case has been registered under Sections-115, 302 of the Indian Penal Code but I am unable to understand as to how this case has been

Accordingly, the petitioner, named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Laukariya P.S. Case No. 72 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran.
