JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2022 Mr. Ganpati Trivedi, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has rightly pointed out that there are apparent typographical errors in the judgment and order dated 03.12.2018, passed in Second Appeal No. 60 of 2009 and Second Appeal No. 59 of 2009. In the 15th line of page
Patna High Court MJC No.229 of 2019(5) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 4 "by dint of is personal labour" has been typed in place of "by dint of his personal labour". Similarly, 6th line of page 7 "Case No. 75 of 1985" has been typed in place of "Case No. 74 of 1985". Similarly, at page 12 in paragraph 14 of the said judgment "27.11.2003" has been typed in place of "27.11.2013. There is yet another apparent typographical error in the 7th line of page 16 wherein "Title Execution Case No. 754 of 1985" has been typed in place of "Title Execution Case No. 74 of 1985. Let necessary corrections to the aforesaid effect be incorporated in the said judgment and order dated 03.12.2018, passed in Second Appeal No. 60 of 2009 and Second Appeal No. 59 of 2009.
This application is accordingly allowed to the aforesaid extent.
