The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged against the petitioner that he along with other accused persons surrounded the informant and made assault. It is specifically alleged that this petitioner assaulted the informant on his head by sword and snatched Rs. 25,000/- from the pocket of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5615 of 2022(2) dt.15-06-2022 2/2 petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is counter version of the occurrence and the petitioner's side also sustained injuries. The injury of the informant is superficial, simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IX, Siwan in connection with Hussanganj P.S. Case No. 77 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Shageer/- U T
