JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioner is of firing on the son of the informant and causing injury on his leg.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and only one injury was found on the person of injured and, that too, on the non-vital part of the body. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed and the provisional
